Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

●       Incorrect product delivered

●       Damaged product received

●       Defective product received

●       Duplicate payment made

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund timelines generally range between 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

●       Incorrect orders placed by the customer

●       Products damaged after delivery

●       Customized or branded products

●       Products without original packaging

●       Used products
